To Satisfy a Heart
The Lord Appeared so as to Satisfy
A heart that was Hungering and Thirsting After Him.
A heart Wholly Occupied with the Lord.
Your Great Work
To Listen and Hear,
And Believe what He Promises;
To Watch and Wait and See what He Does;
And then, in Faith, and Worship, and Obedience,
To Yield yourself to His Working
Who Works in you Mightily.
Faithful in Prayer
The Success of the Work Actually Depends on us,
Whether we are Faithful or unfaithful in Prayer.
In Obedience
What a Wonderful Blessing Comes
When the Holy Spirit is
Allowed to Lead and to Direct the Work
And when it is Carried On in Obedience to Him!
Agent
Now may it be my Joy
To Act as Agent for my Rich Friend in Heaven,
And Care For all the hungry and perishing –
Even at midnight.
