The Father is Longing to Give His Spirit to us if we will but Ask in Childlike Dependence On His Promise.
LUKE 11.13 If, then, you, being evil, have known to be giving good gifts to your children, how much more will the Father who is from Heaven give the Holy Spirit to those asking Him!
