Unbelief and Self-Will
But, alas! unbelief and self-will had come in, and Jesus could not Assert His Power over the whole life.

EPHESIANS 6.10
As to the rest, my brothers, be strong in the LORD, and in the power of His might;
EPHESIANS 6.11
put on the whole armor of God, so you are able to stand against the schemes of the Devil,
EPHSIANS 6.13-18
because of this take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to resist in the day of the evil, and having done all things—to stand. Stand, therefore, having your loins girded around in truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having the feet shod in the preparation of the good news of peace; in all, having taken up the shield of faith, in which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the evil one, and receive the helmet of the salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, through all prayer and supplication praying at all times in the Spirit, and in this, watching in all perseverance and supplication for all the holy ones—

2 CORINTHIANS 5.10
for it is necessary for all of us to have appeared before the judgment seat of the Christ, that each one may receive the things [done] through the body, in reference to the things that he did, whether good or evil;
Cast Yourself Upon Him
You Belong to Christ,
And He Belongs to you,
But you need to Cast yourself Upon Him,
And He Will Reveal the Power of His Crucifixion in you
To Give you the Victory over the flesh.
You Represent the Lord
Do NOT forget that you Represent the Lord God and that Satan is but a fugitive tempting you outside the wall, not Inside the Room.
You need not be afraid of him nor resist him as though he were part of the regular army.
You should Announce to him,
You are completely defeated! You were done for at the Cross! Your coming today is NOT permitted!
Jesus Christ
The deepest, sharpest and most subtle of the devils’ devices is to attack the Person of Christ.
He seeks every opportunity to lead men astray towards some profound and philosophical approaches to the Person of Christ.
The devil plots with all his cunning to ensnare God’s Children on this very issue.
Jesus Christ is the Son of God!
But of His Life
God has been Truly Gracious to us.
He Has Given us This New Law of the Spirit,
And for us to Fly is no longer a question of our will
But of His Life!
And So
More than half the life still ruled by self-will and its hosts.
AND SO no real peace within and no power over the enemies.
