God Promises that a Peace of This Quality will Guard the hearts and thoughts of those who Fulfill His Condition of Committing Everything to Him in Prayer.

Actually this is Fellowship with the Lord in His High-Priestly Funcation.
How He Himself Intercedes Unceasingly for His People and their needs.
Victory
By Faith we Know Christ is our Victory.
For Victory is Christ, and Faith Brings Forth All That is Christ’s in us;
Today By Faith we Accept All that God Has Given us so that the Life, Power, Liberty, and Holiness of Christ may be Manifested in our body.
Trains Us
From the day we are Saved the Lord Puts His Life in us and Trains us Gradually but Continually Through Practical Matters that we may Learn to Cooperate With Him More and More.
He is with us to Develop His Nature in us so that we Become Useful in His Hands.
Fill You With The Spirit
Though you should feel ever so wretched, HOLD FAST to Jesus.
He Can Fill you With the Spirit, for He Has Commanded you to Be Filled With the Spirit.
We are God’s Servants
We are God’s Servants!
Though He Has Entrusted His Work to us, He nevertheless Reserves For Himself the Authority to Direct His Servants.
The Authority Over the Movement of the Lord’s Servants is Forever in the Hands of the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit Who Gives us Power to Work is also the One Who Sets the Direction and Timing of our Work.
Our Responsibility in the Work is Simply to Supply God’s Current Need.
