To Have Christ the Son and the Spirit of the Son Dwelling Within us and Revealing the Father Makes us True Spiritual Worshipers.
On Christ
RATHER
Trust On Christ
To Work in you to Will and to Do by His Own Power
According to His Own Good Pleasure.
Detestation
If you really know how Satan tries to wear you out, you will Ask God to give you this sense of detestation – which is, to loathe Satan and be angry with him.
Authority
To rebel is to choose the way of poverty.
To resist authority is to reject the means to grace and richness.
Instrument
Whenever we Receive something from God the soul will still be used in relation to it, as an Instrument, a Faculty, in a True Subjection to Him.
Higher
Higher? Then go lower.
It is when we sink down in utter helplessness that the Everlasting God will Reveal Himself in His Power and that our hearts will Learn to Trust God Alone.
Servant
A Servant of God must never do anything according to his own will or conception, because the man whom the Lord Selects is one who will only do the Work which God has Apportioned to him and Run the Course which God Has Prepared.
Chosen
God Always Uses His Chosen Ones to Do His Work; He does not need volunteers for His Task.
Whoever is Chosen by Him has absolutely no liberty.
If any of His Chosen Ones desires the freedom to walk his own way, he will experience nothing but failure and pain.
Yet if anyone is at all Chosen, he will not be able to flee from God’s Appointed Course.
