House of Prayer
My House will be Called a House of Prayer!
Whose House we are!
If we Hold Fast the Boldness and the Rejoicing of the Hope to the End.
It is God
It is God Who Moves Within us to be Holy.
It is NOT because we have exercised great strength, BUT Entirely Because God Works All in us.
For This Holy and Perfect Life is NOT the result of our effort BUT the Accomplished Work of the Lord Himself.
Strange Fire
Who knows how much of our zeal is strange fire!
Zeal yes, but not of God.
It indeed is fire, but it is foreign fire.
Whatever does not come from the Cross, that is to say, from the Self-Denying Altar, is merely strange fire.
Such fire is nothing but self-fire.
It is the fire and power of the natural life.
And hence it is the self-life intervening in God’s Affairs.
The Affairs may unquestionably Belong to God, nonetheless self-life decides how it is to be done.
If we depend on our wisdom, use our method, or insist on our opinion in the Lord’s Affairs, we are offering strange fire – fire which is not only unacceptable to God but even causes our death in His Presence.
Become Spiritual
Our hearts are so full of unbelief – often without our knowing it – that we do not Accept as a Settled Matter that we can Become Spiritual Men.
We do not believe it.
Flutters
GENESIS 1.2 and the Spirit of God [was] fluttering on the face of the waters,
DEUTERONOMY 32.11 As an eagle wakes up its nest, || Flutters over its young ones, || Spreads its wings [and] takes them, || Carries them on its pinions

Carnal Mind
Ask God at all times,
Lord! Deliver me from a carnal mind.
God is willing to do it, so let us plead for it and accept it.
God’s Servants
We are God’s Servants!
Though He Has Entrusted His Work to us, He nevertheless Reserves for Himself the Authority to Direct His Servants.
The Holy Spirit Who Gives us Power to Work is also the One Who Sets the Direction and Timing of our Work.
Our Responsibility in the Work is Simply to Supply God’s Current Need.
Victory is a Gift
God Declares that Victory is a Gift for you to Accept.
Victory is NOT something for you to slowly attain.
It is a Gift Given you!
It demands no work of yours.
Obtained! Instantaneous!
